Booking process
• In order to book Villa Ocean Breeze we require a 30% deposit upfront.
• Bookings are not final until your deposit payment is received and you have received a written verification from the reservation Manager through email.
• Final Payment is due 45 days prior to your confirmed check in date.
• Failure to make the final payment by the due date will entitle us to cancel your booking.
• If your booking is made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, we require the full booking amount to be paid in order to confirm your reservation
Cancelation policy
• Cancellation prior to 1 month in advance will be charged with a fee corresponding to 30% of your booking payment.
• Cancellation within 45 days prior to your arrival date will be charged with a fee corresponding to the total of your booking amount.
• Failure to show up will be regarded as a cancellation within 45 days prior to your arrival date.
Payments
• Payment has to be made to our USD account in Jakarta, Indonesia of which you will find it’s details in your booking confirmation form.
• All transfer costs (sender and receiving bank) should be carried out by the sender in full.
• International payment transactions never take longer than 3 business days in order for us to be visible. Hereupon we will send you a confirmation of payment and an update of your booking confirmation form.
• Please write us an email when you have made your (deposit) payment.
-In addition we require a guarantee of 200 USD for unforeseen costs such as damage to the property or excessive power consumption. Said guarantee will be used for this purpose only and is to be refunded after departure when such costs are not applicable.
